Data Deletion Request

DARCHEX respects your privacy and gives you the right to request the deletion of personal data we may hold about you.

This may include your name, telephone number, email address, project enquiries, messages, and other information shared with us through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, our website, email, or other communication channels.

How to Request Deletion

Send your request by email to info@darchex-ma.com with the subject:

“Data Deletion Request”

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address or telephone number used to contact DARCHEX;
  • The communication platform you used;
  • Any additional information that may help us locate your data.

For security purposes, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Happens After Your Request?

Once your identity and request have been verified, DARCHEX will:

  1. Identify the personal data associated with your request;
  2. Delete or anonymise the relevant information from our active records;
  3. Process the request within a maximum of 30 days, unless additional time is legally required;
  4. Send you confirmation once the deletion process has been completed.

Information We May Be Required to Keep

Certain information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal, accounting, contractual, tax, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations.

Where full deletion is not legally possible, access to the relevant data will be restricted and the information will only be retained for the required period.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from DARCHEX’s systems does not automatically delete information stored independently by third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or other service providers.

Information held by these platforms is governed by their own privacy and data-retention policies and must be managed through the relevant platform settings.
